Un chec delicios, plin de ciocolata si usor umed šŸ˜›

Ingrediente:
3 oua
200 g zahar
100 g ciocolata
80 g crema de ciocolata
200 g faina
30 g cacao
10 g praf de copt
Esenta vanilie

dimensiuni:22×11

Mod de preparare:
Ouale se mixeaza cu zaharul pana isi dubleaza volumul si se topeste zaharul,apoi se adauga ciocolata topita si crema de ciocolata; se omogenizeaza.
Faina se amesteca cu praful de copt si cacaua si se cerne in compozitia umeda. Se omogenizeaza si se toarna intr-o tava de chec unsa cu unt si tapetata cu hartie de copt sau faina.
Tava se introduce in cuptorul preincalzit pentru 40-45 minute la foc mare (primele 10 minute,apoi la foc mediu-mic pana trece testul scobitorii).
Se proportioneaza si se serveste cald sau rece alaturi de o cafea sau ceai.
